Cancellation Policy

You must cancel within: - 4 hours for a medical appointment. - 24 hours for Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, or Health Promotion and Wellness Services appointments. If you miss or cancel your appointment late, that appointment is then not available for another patient in need. You may be assessed a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
